Exclusively, there is a boiling murder case that Mityana NRM Chairman, tycoon John Kintu is trying to burry using influence and money. We are reliably informed that, it is not all roses for the former Member of Parliament aspirant, proprietor of Mityana Institute of Nursing and Midwifery, Mityana Agrovet Institute, and owner Shell Wabigalo Mityana Highway and Kintu Complex in Bunamwaya.
Deep throat sources reveal to us that, in 2022 John Kintu flogged a one Hussein Lugemwa and he died due to injuries he sustained from the beatings he received on allegations of stealing matooke from Kintu’s plantation. This was confirmed by a postmortem report that was provided and a case against him was opened under reference CRB no 1000/22.
He was presented to the Magistrate’s court and Magistrate Osauro John Paul ruled out that Kintu John was guilty. But within the twist of events, a settlement outside court was initiated and this saw John agree to give back the land of Hussein he had earlier grabbed and he pledged to look after the deceased’s family and made other pledges.
He was charged together with his political assistant called Faisal Lubega who allegedly is the one that initiated the beating of Hussein which happened in Kikumbi cell, Busimbi Division in Mityana Municipality in 2022. In a video that this website landed on, Hussein is seen with a bunch of matooke tied around his neck and being flogged mercilessly.
More to this, he is seen being whisked away in a car that took him to an unknown place until he was released to go die like a dog. This case that tried to die a natural death under the nose of Senior State Attorney Baganzi survived later but court had said that there was no evidence to implicate Kintu John despite all the videos in place, postmortem report and photos.
THE PAIN
Hussein’s family is a humble one which tried by all means to get justice in vain, and Kintu has used his stand as the Chairman NRM, using money to buy the law to the extent that, he would be sent to jail and he bribes the wardens to let him go sleep home and he appears early morning on the parade of suspects.
