Political analyst and veteran journalist Joseph Tamale Mirundi is confirmed dead. This is a sad time and the rest of Uganda is covered in shock after his family announced him dead. This comes after he spent over a month in the hospital on complicated medical grounds.
News reaching us indicate that, Tamale Mirundi breathed his last exactly midnight from Kisubi hospital where he has been admitted for over three weeks. The real cause of his death is yet to be made public by his family, but for now he is confirmed to be no more.
It should be noted that, Tamale Mirundi has been so outspoken on political issues, and has had many political enemies since he used to step on their tables. He first used to conduct political talk shows on various televisions including NBS Tv where he did the the One on One show, and he could be fired from each of them.
More so, the former Presidential Advisor on Media Joseph Tamale Mirundi was fired from State House after he was allegedly said to be working against the president’s will. He since then became a ‘rebel’ and an enemy of the few people who thought he was exposing their deeds.
At some point, he appeared on a certain show and announced how he survived being poisoned thrice, and informed that he was slightly poisoned and he never died then. He started having ailing health and complications until his time of death.

Brief Biography
He was born in 1964 and was a Ugandan journalist, author and political analyst who appears on the STV political show Sharp Talk with Tamale Mirundi. He is a former presidential press secretary, and a media advisor.

In 2015, his first wife called Juliet Nassimbwa wanted to divorce him due to political differences and he alleged that he was poisoned in 2019.
