Any time from now seems like legendary Ugandan diva and singer, Iryn Namubiru will be gracing the stage in a live concert 2024. The celebrated songstress took to her social media and teased her followers. And this raised a need to have her explaining more.
She posted a video of a meeting she had with Swangz Avenue hierarchy. Without divulging much, she said that they had a discussion about a potential partnership and they can’t wait to share the good news about what they are cooking.
“Exciting times at Swangz Avenue. Today we had a productive meeting with the talented Iryn Namubiru discussing a potential partnership. We can’t wait to share with you what we are cooking,” the label posted.
Many of the Nkuweki singer’s followers right away took to her comment section and all typed one thing, ‘ where and when is the concert.’
This even included fellow celebrities such as singer, Sheebah Karungi. The Queen Karma said “if it’s about your live concert am so here for it Queen.” Other singers, celebrities, expressed their eagerness as to what the two music maestros are cooking. It should be noted that it was Swangz Avenue which produced another legendary singer, Juliana Kanyomozi’s successful concert last year at the Kampala Serena Hotel.
Besides, Swangz Avenue and the singer aren’t new to each other. The label’s shareholders, Benon and Vampos started at the same time as Iryn at the same. They surely crossed paths severally.

Together with Juliana, Iryn is considered one of the godmothers of modern-day female music. She released many hot songs such as Nkuweki which is still a classic up to now, Begombeko, and Obasinga among others. Therefore, if there is an Iryn Namubiru concert 2024, it will be massively attended from the already available feedback.
