Ugandan top rapper Zedmonk Ssabatontomi, is set to hand in his evidence to Guinness World Records after he completed his attempt to break the Longest Rap Marathon by an Individual record 2024.. And as you read this, he is done compiling the evidence and waiting to submit it.
It should be remembered that, Zedmonk Ssabatontomi started this attempt to break the record on 3rd May to 6th May 2024. And he set a new record of 75 hours of rap after breaking Japan’s Poney record that was standing at 48 hours.
It is being reported that, Zedmonk’s team has been working tirelessly to make sure the work/evidence is organised in time submitted in a few days from the day he broke the record. And we are reliably informed that it is now ready for submission.
“Yes, we are done with compiling the evidence as per Guinness World Records specifications, and we are happy that our record is clean and we are hoping for the best from GWR” a source from Zedmonk’s camp maintained.
BRIEFLY, WHO IS ZEDMONK SSABATONTOMI?
He was born as Kabuubi Akram on 18th November 2003 in Bulenga, Central Uganda, He got the name Zedmonk Ssabatontomi after joining music and arts. He went to Makindye Citizens Primary school, Salaama for his PLE, Trinity High school in Masajja for his Form 1-2, then Princess Diana High school in 2019 for his Uganda Certificate of Education. He is currently pursuing his studies for more books.
He has won many awards that include 5 international ones he won in a period of 3 years. In 2021, Zedmonk Ssabatontomi released his first single, work ssi myaaka and he won the Black Lion Award 2021 under the category “Baddest Lugaflow Artiste of the Year”.

He was also nominated for “Entertainment Founder of the Year” at the FOYA Awards and participated in the MTN_Ug Hiphop Awards’ MTN Pulse Rap Battles 2021. Since then, he has been winning awards every year.
