Father of popular Ugandan socialite Jalia Walda who is based in the US has sadly passed away today. The socialite took to social media to announce the news. She posted “My father has gone to the Lord,” on Facebook.
Apparently not much has been known about him since she barely brought him in the news unlike her mother. The cause of the death is not yet known but the family has asked for my privacy in this trying time.
Jalia Walda has for the past few weeks been in Uganda for some charity work and gifting her mother an apartment she built for her. She even got in a heated argument with singer Bruno K over a song she had asked the Faridah singer to do for her praising her.
A lot of people who are mostly her followers have taken to social media to sympathize with the family. They have sent in condolence messages and words to strengthen her in this hard time. This erases the rumor that, it is Prophet Kakande of Synagogue Church of All Nations that fathers her, as it was being circulated some time back.

More details shall be provided in due time especially about the burial program. By the time of his death, Jalia Walda had gone back to the United States where she runs a cosmetics company. She is married to a Ugandan man and together they have three kids.
