Court has ordered a teacher called Samuel Opio to pay 15 million Ugandan shillings (approximately ยฃ3,000) in compensation to a former student he assaulted two years ago. Breaking news suggest that a boat carrying passengers and goods capsized on Lake Kivu in the Democratic Republic of Congo on Thursday.
